SEEN HEALTH PACE ELDERLY CARE CENTER
This is ’s inaugural center located in Alhambra, CA. This 20,565 SF center launches Seen Health’s services in the Southern California market. The project consists of transforming an existing commercial office building into an adult daycare-PACE center. The center includes a large day care center, with a warming kitchen, veranda patio, exterior improvements, staff offices, workstations, conference rooms, and a full medical clinic abiding to HCAI 3 building standards but not from a regulatory permit.








SAINT FRANCIS MEDICAL CENTER MRI & NUCLEAR MEDICINE
The project was located within the Saint Francis Medical Center in Lynwood, CA. Remodel of the existing clinic space to a new MRI & Nuclear Medicine Suite including control room, procedure room, waiting room, dressing room, patient toilet, and prep area.
Work within the suite included selective demolition, new drywall placement, and installation of new cabling/piping as well as new mechanical unit and chiller located on the exterior courtyard.
ConAm coordinated the delivery of the MRI and Nuclear Medicine equipment. This required the opening of a wall to accommodate for the equipment installation. The project was constructed within a fully operational hospital under HCAI 1 jurisdiction. ConAm followed strict ICRA Level IV, Class III guidelines and safety protocols.




CALTECH GAO LABORATORY
Design-Build renovation of existing lab space for medical engineering lab for the Engineering and Applied Science Division. The project takes place within the existing and fully occupied Caltech Keck Building.
UCI HEALTH WELLTOWER CLINIC AND IMAGING CENTER
The project is a 12,000 square foot imaging and radiology department constructed in Suites 100 and 150 of an existing 4-story outpatient building. The space includes 22 exam rooms, 4 nurse stations, 4 private offices, x-ray room, ultrasound room, MRI room, and a CT/PET room. There is new electrical distribution and lighting, plumbing improvements, along with all new HVAC equipment and distribution.







HOAG ORTHOPEDIC INSTITUTE ALISO VIEJO
The Hoag Orthopedic Institute is a cutting-edge ambulatory surgery center constructed within an existing property on the ground floor. This project encompasses the development of 13 pre and post-op bays, including 2 private recovery rooms as well as 4 advanced hybrid operating rooms, well-equipped nurse stations, a state-of-the-art sterile processing room, a clean sterile room, a soiled workroom, a bio-hazard holding room, a comfortable physician/staff lounge, and various ancillary support elements essential for a comprehensive surgery center. The facility upgrades include an enhanced HVAC system, a powerful generator, and other infrastructure improvements. Hybrid Operating Rooms included mobile C-arm equipment (3 total), surgical equipment, surgical table, OR lights, Steris monitor integration system, and surgical anesthesia booms.
