ConAm Building Co. performed 100% design-build services for the approximately 25,000 SF of licensed HCAI-III medical office tenant improvements on two stories within a recently constructed four-story core and shell building. The two stories within the scope are elevated one story above grade and are summarized as such:

LEVEL 1

14,500 SF - 24 medical oncology exam rooms, 6 provider offices, blood draw lab, USP 800 Compounding Pharmacy with 1 non-hazardous compounding hood and 3 hazardous compounding hoods.

LEVEL 2

10,500 SF - 34 infusion bays with support spaces, 4 nurse stations, and private infusion rooms.
