Built to OSHPD 3 standards, Hoag’s newest psychology clinic features a welcoming reception and waiting area, patient lounge, staff and patient restrooms, storage areas, and formal office space. The space also includes consultation rooms and counseling areas where private and group sessions are held. ConAm was responsible for all tenant improvements, installation of MEP’s, and structural upgrades to accommodate a custom-built accordion wall and accompanying curtain pocket. This project was completed in a fully occupied space, without disruptions to the surrounding spaces, and delivered on-time while keeping a short, fast-paced schedule.
