UCLA c/o Heidt Torres Company contracted ConAm Building Co. to provide the construction services for the existing 2,428 SF medical tenant improvement project. ConAm converted the existing second-floor medical suite to a new outpatient rehabilitation clinic under OSHPD III jurisdiction. The interior renovation included a new reception and waiting area, restrooms, employee breakroom, nurse stations, offices, and medical exam rooms. The ConAm team completed this project on time and within budget.
