OSHPD 1

  • POWAY, CA

    Remodel of an existing ED Lobby located within a fully occupied, operational hospital building. The project falls under OSHPD 1 jurisdiction.

  • POWAY, CA

    440 SF, Remove existing equipment in the existing nuclear medicine imaging room and replace it with the new Siemens Symbia EVO Gamma Camera System scanner. OSHPD 1.

  • TORRANCE, CA

    700 SF, This project included the renovation of an existing CT scan and control room for the install of a new machine. This project is constructed under OSHPD-1 guidelines within a five-story hospital and the team was required to implement the highest level of infection control containment due to the operational spaces nearby.

    The purpose of this project is to convert the existing conference room and surrounding offices to a new MRI Suite including control room, procedure room, waiting room dressing room, patient toilet, and prep area. Additional work will consist of a new mechanical unit and chiller located on the exterior courtyard. The Nuclear Medicine project scope of work consist of an equipment replacement project that include a new control room and hot lab.

    150 SF, This OSHPD-1 project was the renovation of an existing room to convert into a treadmill cardiology room. This work included upgrades to the existing electrical within the space along with refreshes to the finishes.

  • IRVINE, CA

    The GHEI OR Expansion project consists of the build out of the existing shelled space to construct 2 new ORs and 6 new PACU Bays. This project will also completely renovate the existing Sterile Processing area, Clean Core Storage space and PACU Nurses station and support spaces. This a 3 phased project to include, but not limited to, demolition, wall construction, electrical, low voltage cabling, nurse calls, HVAC, flooring, ceilings, casework and other finishes

  • LOS ANGELES, CA

    The project calls for the replacement of the existing nurse call devices within patient care areas and staff areas on the 2nd floor and 4th through 9th floor of a hospital building. The project was constructed under OSHPD 1 guidelines.

  • DUARTE, CA

    1,500 SF Renovations to an existing clinic for outpatient treatment. Built under OSHPD 3 jurisdiction and involved ICRA containment within an occupied space.

  • HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA

    Medical tenant improvement on the 3rd floor of an existing medical office building. Scope includes new OSHPD-3 compliant infusion and medical oncology clinics as well as USP 797 and 800 Compliant Pharmacy. Exterior improvements include replacement of existing rooftop mechanical equipment and the addition of new exhaust fans.

  • NEWPORT BEACH, CA

    Located on the 2nd floor of the new City of Hope NDC project, ConAm provided the complete buildout of a clinical laboratory and USP 800 compounding pharmacy for compounding hazardous and non-hazardous infusion medications. The clinic serves ambulatory individuals undergoing chronic treatment for hematologic and oncological diseases.

    34,230 SF, Spanning five floors of demo and a complete build-out of medical exam rooms and infusion bays in an existing and occupied medical campus environment. OSHPD 3 and MEP design-build.

  • NEWPORT BEACH, CA

    Expansion of an existing OSHPD-3 Surgery Center and the construction of a new OR suite including new mechanical equipment, chiller and controls as well as new finishes through-out the new space matching that of the Marina del Rey project as reference.

  • IRVINE, CA

    Built to OSHPD 3 standards, Hoag’s newest psychology clinic features a welcoming reception and waiting area, patient lounge, staff and patient restrooms, storage areas, and formal office space. The space also includes consultation rooms and counseling areas where private and group sessions are held. This project was completed in a fully occupied space, without disruptions to the surrounding spaces, and delivered on-time while keeping a short, fast-paced schedule.

  • IRVINE, CA

    4,720 SF, Suite upgrade done over four phases. This project included a new MRI Scan and control rooms, admin spaces, a reception desk, and a refreshed Main Lobby area. The clinic was operational during construction and involved strict OSHPD-3 & ICRA requirements.

  • LOS ANGELESE, CA

    Tenant improvement conversion of an existing bank space to an adult daycare center. The adult daycare consists of an activities room, therapy space and related activity and quiet space, a warming kitchen, and administrative offices. The 3,800 SF clinic is an OSHPD 3 facility with a nurse’s station, exam rooms, a treatment room, a dental treatment room, and office support spaces.

    The project is a multi-story, OSHPD 3 clinic tenant improvement and renovation. The 2nd level involves the build-out of a women’s clinic with a CT Scan Suite and C-Arm Suite with support rooms and breakrooms. It also includes a shared reception area, waiting room, and other shared support areas. The 3rd level involves the build-out of two MRI Suites, a Pet CT Suite with hot lab and injection rooms; also included are shared support rooms and a reception-waiting area. The roof level involves new HVAC units for both floors, medical equipment cooling, water heaters, fresh air intake, exhaust systems, transformer, and the installation of a new cool roof.

    Phase 1 – Tenant Improvement for the ground floor suite that is part of an existing OSHPD 3 Imaging Center. The TI includes a new waiting area, reception, offices, staff lounge, and support spaces. Phase 2 - Remodel of the existing OSHPD 3 Imaging Center with an additional MRI machine and support rooms. The renovation work includes a mammography room remodel, 3 remodeled and enlarged exam rooms, a new staff restroom, new soiled and clean storage, new waste holding, relocated and remodeled dressing area.

  • LOS ANGELES, CA

    Second floor interior tenant improvements of existing 2,428 SF medical suite to new outpatient rehabilitation clinic. The project was under OSHPD 3 jurisdiction.

  • NEWPORT BEACH, CA

    25,000 SF, Design-build delivery. Tenant Improvement within a three-story medical office building. Medical oncology examination and infusion. USP 800 Compound Pharmacy. OSHPD 3.

  • ARCADIA, CA

    30,800 SF, Tenant improvement construction services within the existing Keck Medicine of USC - Arcadia (Buildings A & B). Working in two stand-alone and occupied, multi-level medical office buildings, the project was completed in 5 separate phases. The newly renovated buildings will provide comprehensive multidisciplinary cancer care including medical oncology, radiation oncology, surgical oncology, diagnostic imaging services, and an infusion center.

    19,655 SF, Medical tenant improvement. Medical space for photo therapy, and outpatient surgery. OSHPD 3.

  • LOS ANGELES, CA

    The ConAm Building Co. team renovated an existing clinic to allow for a new state-of-the-art research laboratory to research and develop synthetic, computer-controlled retinas. Space features a wet/dry lab and clean room, teaching space, and complete OSHPD 3 exam and procedure rooms. Construction consisted of structural upgrades to a preexisting space and T.I. to accommodate Dr. Humayan’s research and laboratory needs.

    ConAm is responsible for comprehensive and complete design-build service to accommodate the installation of a Siemens Ysio Max (X-ray) unit. The project takes place on the 2nd floor of a fully-occupied and operational hospital building. All design and construction activities performed are compliant with OSHPD 3 regulations.

    15,500 SF, Renovation of the existing 4th-floor located within USC’s Keck Medical Building. Project included Laser Treatment room, lobby, outpatient medical clinic, OSHPD 3, ICRA Containment, and Occupied Space.

    9,330 SF, Remodel of an existing outpatient surgery center. Built under OSHPD 3 jurisdiction and involved ICRA containment within an occupied space.

  • LOS ANGELES, CA

    1,200 SF, Renovation of CT Scan and MRI Scan rooms and their associated Control Area spaces to prepare for the installation of new CT and MRI machines. This OSHPD-3 build-out consisted of a full interior remodel of each space and MEP infrastructure upgrades to support the new equipment. New RF and magnetic shielding were designed and installed for the MRI scan room. Operating in an occupied imaging suite, strict ICRA containment was required and monitored daily.

  • PASADENA, CA

    1,300 SF, Build-out of a new USP 800 compounding pharmacy suite with all new MEP infrastructure. OSHPD 3.

  • GLENDALE, CA

    Consisted of 3,200 SF of tenant improvements to an existing medical suite. The demolition and remodel of this suite allowed for an orthopedic clinic featuring seven rooms, four private MD offices, patient and staff restrooms, a staff lounge, reception/admin area, as well as, a patient waiting area and nurse stations. The newly redesigned space also includes clean and soiled utility rooms, a consultation room, and a patient X-ray room. This project was constructed under strict OSHPD 3 requirements on an occupied floor, without disruptions to the surrounding suites.
