Working in two stand-alone and occupied, multi-level medical office buildings, the project was completed in 5 separate phases. The newly renovated buildings will provide comprehensive multidisciplinary cancer care including medical oncology, radiation oncology, surgical oncology, diagnostic imaging services, and an infusion center.

Building A, 1st floor involved the build out of a cardiology and family medicine clinic. The 2nd floor was constructed to house various clinics, such as: dermatology, head and neck surgery, hematology, hepatobiliary pancreatic surgery, medical oncology, pain medicine, rheumatology, and sarcoma. The 3rd floor involved the build out of an infusion therapy center as well as a USP 800 compounding pharmacy with 2 HD hoods and 1 non-HD hood. The new pharmacy complies with all the latest regulations and requirements.

Building B, included a 1st floor that was dedicated to radiation oncology with a 2nd floor dedicated to cancer treatment specialty services including: audiology, colon and rectal surgery, neurology, otolaryngology, physical medicine and rehabilitation. As an addition to Building B, ConAm built a ground-up, 1,800 SF vault structure to accommodate the state-of-the-art linear accelerator machine. This new LINAC machine requires that the vault be built of two-foot-thick lead walls and ceiling.

Each clinic included exam space, treatment rooms, infusion bays, procedure rooms, office space, and conference areas. Each floor has its own reception and waiting areas as well as patient and staff restrooms. Clinics are finished with pharmacy and clean room.
