Improvements included: demolition of old partitions and the construction of new partitions; ceiling grid and tiles replacement; relocation of lighting and mechanical duct work as well as new carpet and paint throughout.

The renovation featured new office build-outs, open cubicle construction, and a new recreation area complete with kitchen, game room, and collaborative spaces. This project was built within a fully-occupied office building with limited access to the site and under strict time constraints. This project was completed without disruption to the surrounding suites.
